3090EM (oil 10 Phr)

EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene Diene Rubber)

Mitsui EPT 3090EM is ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) synthesized by Metallocene Catalyst.
This polymer is oil-extended EPDM with high Mooney viscosity, which is designed for excellent mixing process ability,
compounding with high loading fillers, and low temperature flexibility of vulcanization.
This grade is suitable for extruded products including wind shield gaskets, door glass run channels,
water hoses and for various kinds of molded when used independently or blended with other grades having high green strength such as 3062EM, 3072EM and 3091.

– High Mooney viscosity
– Low ethylene content
– Narrow molecular weight distribution
– Amorphous

– High load compounding is possible
– Excellent process ability
– Excellent low temperature flexibility and narrow ethylene distribution
– Longer lifetime
