Product Information Grade
Rubaloy – 7360 is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade has improved Tensile, Elongation, Compression Set , Swelling and Processability.

Processing Characteristics
Easily Processable on conventional Rubber processing / compounding machines. Very good filler and plasticizer absorption makes compounding cycle quick, saving cost, labour and time. saving. Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results. Can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other Aromatic Plasticizers. Paraffinic based softeners are not recommended.

Gasoline Tubings and Hose Covers, Conveyor Belt covers, LPG Tubing, Auto Parts, Gaskets, Oil Seals, Oil Resistant and antistatic Shoe Soles, Rubber Sheets and Extruded Rubber Parts, Textile Cots, Aprons, Industrial Textile and Printing Rolls, Expanded Sheets for insulation, Auto weather strips etc.
